The Ferm’s Traditional Kimchi is a veganized version of our founder, Rebecca Ghim’s family recipe. Saturated vegetable flavours from the fermentation process make kimchi the perfect topping/condiment that can easily elevate any salads, bowls, wraps, burgers, stews, grilled cheese, etc. The subtle spice, balance of sweet and salty, deep umami flavour from the dashi broth is incomparable to any kimchi in the market. This kimchi is full of probiotics and prebiotics that will heal your gut health and in turn, your brain as well.
INGREDIENTS: Napa Cabbage (82.2%), Dashi, Onion, Salt, Gochugaru, Garlic, Cheong, Mooli, Leeks, Ginger, Persimmons, Cooked Rice, Carrots, Spring Onion. ALLERGY ADVICE: No known allergens.
